CrustWorthy Recommends: Teriyaki Chicken
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons CrustWorthy Teriyaki Butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the Teriyaki Butter.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the skillet. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the chicken occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken.
Remove from heat and serve the Teriyaki Butter Chicken warm, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
