FAQs

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is currently available only in Pune and nearby areas. You can place orders with us through our website here or you can also use the WhatsApp link.

When will my order get delivered? 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered on the same day, while those placed after that will be delivered the next day. Sourdoughs may take longer to deliver due to our 36-hour cold fermentation process, ensuring their nutritional value and unique texture.

Can I pick up my order from the bakery?

Yes! You're always welcome to visit our bakery to pick your orders up or even to just experience the aroma of freshly baked breads and interact with our team, but we'd request you to place an order with us beforehand because we get sold very quickly and are not left with any extras usually.

How can I store these breads?

To maintain freshness, you can store our breads in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days. The changing weather does affect the breads as we don't use any preservatives or additives in our products. We'd recommend refrigerating them in airtight containers to be consumed the next day or for an extended storage, freezing would be the perfect option!

What are your working hours?

We're early risers and work every week from Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Sunday is a weekly day-off for the team to charge up for the next week.

Ordered Korean cream cheese buns and whole wheat sourdough from them. It took more than 24 hours for them to deliver the order but that proves the authenticity of the sourdough bread which requires longer process of fermentation. The taste and the freshness of both the items was outstanding! Totally happy with the purchase.

I ordered bagels, Basil and Paprika butter from them. The order delivery was prompt and there was a clear communication from their side.Now to the food…. Bagels were absolutely soft and fresh. The butters taste great. The Basil butter is subtle and the Paprika butter is little spicy.I loved both the tastes. Looking forward to ordering from them again.Thank you.
