Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and cored
- 3 tbsp CrustWorthy Orange & Rum butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Wooden skewers
Instructions:
- Cut pineapple into chunks and thread onto skewers.
- Melt 3 Tbsp Orange and Rum butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in honey and cinnamon and brush mixture over pineapple skewers.
- Stove Top: Place a grill net on your stop, reduce the flame to low and grill for 4-5 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the skewers on a tray and grill for 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot for a quick and delicious treat.
