Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices CrustWorthy Multigrain Sourdough
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil/mint leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast sourdough slices until crispy.
- Mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread tomato mixture on toasted sourdough.
- Garnish with fresh basil or mint and enjoy!
