CrustWorthy Recommends: Ciabatta Chicken Panini
Serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 CrustWorthy Ciabatta breads, sliced horizontally
- Roasted Chicken
- Sliced cheese
- Sliced tomatoes
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp CrustWorthy Basil & Garlic Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the outer sides with butter.
- Layer the bottom half of the ciabatta with chicken, cheese, sliced tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
- Place the top half of the ciabatta over the filling to form a sandwich and grill your sandwich!
- Slice the panini diagonally and serve hot.
