Serves 6.
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of CrustWorthy Challah Bread, cubed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mixed berries
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add challah cubes and mixed berries, then transfer to baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm.
