- 2 CrustWorthy Bagels
- 4 slices of thick bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 sliced onion
Instructions:
- Cook the bacon first and drain it on paper towels.
- Reserve the bacon grease for cooking. In the same pan, cook onions for about 5-7 minutes, until soft. Then, crack eggs and scramble, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Toast the bagels until they are lightly browned and spread a thin layer of butter on top.
- On the bottom half of the bagel, add the cheese slices, bacon, and eggs. Place the top half and enjoy.

Yes! you're always welcome to visit our bakery to pick your orders up or even to just experience the aroma of freshly baked breads and interact with our team, but we'd request you to place an order with us beforehand because we get sold very quickly and are not left with any extras usually.
How can I store these breads?
To maintain freshness, store our breads in an airtight container at room temperature for two to three days. the changing weather does affect the breads as we don't use any preservatives or additives in our products. We'd recommend refrigerating them in airtight containers to be consumed the next day or for an extended storage, freezing would be the perfect option!
